Thanks for shopping at AAWONG Engineering.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds
We have happy to refund any online services you purchased within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase and before the service/installation date is confirmed.

All services rendered are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of disagreement, a redo must be validated by AAWONG management. You have 48 hours to contact us to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

It is important you contact us as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.

Installation Date/ Service Date
You are allow to make change to your installation or service date once the date is confirmed. Any change request need to be done at least 3 working days in advance via email - admin@aawong.com.sg
